instaTELCO is a fully documented platform, with carefully elaborated documents to help customers to get familiar with all the powerful features and procedures. Documents on-line in PDF format are always ready to be displayed and they are also available to be downloaded to local hard disks, in order to be printed.
There are two types of documents, one is Manuals. InstaTELCO provides two manuals:

End User Manual: This manual describes step by step system's end user interface, there you will find: description of system's screens, explanation about menu options and the detailed description of procedures, also the way to make queries and display reports about calls history, transactions, adding funds to accounts, etc.

Reseller's Manual: This document presents a fully detailed explanation of system's reseller interface, in here you will find: description of system's screens, explanation about menu options and the detailed description of procedures such as the registration of a new reseller or end user, how to assign services, how to set rates for both, how to transfer funds to end user or reseller, how to make queries and reports about calls history or transactions.

Another type of documents are Licenses. instaTELCO has prepared two model documents: License of Use and License for Reseller.

In the License of Use model document, you will find the terms and conditions under the VoIP services are offered to end users.

In the Reseller's License model document, you will find terms and conditions to rule the relationship between telephone services provider company and the reseller.
